Nice! Have you managed to count the fry with dad yet?

40" tank. It was a rare vallis i can't remember what it was called but it was somthing leopardii and it has got blacky/brown stripes and the ends and new shoots are red. Picture doesn't do it justice.

The main slate structure is stuck together with aquarium milliput to stop it from moving and killing fry. There are a few lose bits on top aswell but they are faily steady.

Don't feed Tetra Prima there has been alot of deaths with people feeding it to young fry. Try and get hold of some ZM fry foods, start with 200 for the first couple of weeks (100 is too small) then move onto 300 and 400 as they grow. I thought i was completely rid of my MTS in my tank as i had syphoned out every one but then the other week i cleaned out my external ehiem and found i had a new moving filter media.

Does any one else see the Male 2 pics fins? Is it injury or deformity.

The male in picture 1 & 2 looks like it has deformed fins. They seem to turn upwards in the second picture.

Got to say i don't see any Females either

4. Not sure but looks more male than female.

Are you sure it is deformed and not just injured?
Either way i don't think there is much you can do other than see how it turns out as it grows.
