Question about feeding

Has anyone tried feeding their Zebras from a dish? With my L144's I have a couple of small teracotta dishes that I always put the food in to stop it floating to all corners of the tank. This then is their feeding station and they always come and check it out to see if there is anything to eat. I was...

I think the trick is to get the dead spot in a place that easiest to clean - now that's the challenge!

Well I got them today and after a slow acclimatisation to my tank water then went into the tank and for a nano second I saw them and I haven't seen them since!!

How do you guys know if they are ok when you can't see them???? :dunno:

Duh I never thought of air line tubing! I was wondering how everyone vacuumed each day without effectively having to do a water change each day.

Has anyone tried these batter powered vacuums?

Waving at you from Kent

Just popping by to say hello. As of tomorrow (thanks to Jo) I will be a Zebra owner.....can't wait. Clearly this is the place to come for any advice................and as I need some I'm off to make my first real post!
