Thanks for the replies. The lizards were delivered on Friday and though healthy, look quite fragile. They are 2+inches, but 1.5inches of it was all tail! It looks like some of the bigger zebras, who are 3+inches, could snap them in half with one big shove  ! The red lizards will be in a 10 gal ...

zebras and red lizards(L-10a)

Is it ok to put the two groups together in a 58gal planted tank(10 zebs and 6 lizards) with the goal of breeding them? Tank specs are: 83 F, 3 kh, Ph 7.3

Thanks!

Thanks everyone. What about dwarf cories and/or the yellow variant of the cherry shrimp? Does that combo sound ok?

Dwarf crayfishes with zebras ok?

Thinking about putting some Dwarf Crayfishes (Cambarellus shufeldtii) in with the zebra plecs. These dwarfs max out at about 1-1.5 inches. Has anybody tried this? Think this is ok?

Thanks for the reply. I use a ten gallon flour. strip light for the tank since they're so shy. The Kh in my tap water is 3dh. The Gh is a 7dh.

Oops....forgot to add the water specs- PH 7.3; using just tap water for now(have ro/di unit); temp 83; bare bottom; 12 caves in tank. Questions: 1) should I raise the temp anymore in my tank? 2)is water pump sufficient or should I add another powerhead(there are bubble all over the tank as it is)? 3...

Is reef ready tank ok for zebras?

Hi everyone, I am planning to use a 58 gallon reef ready Oceanic tank with a built in overflow and a 20 gallon sump for my 8 zebras. The tank is connected to a 1200 gal. per hour Little Giant water pump. Is this ok for them? There will be plenty of caves and driftwood. If not, I can keep them in my ...

Want to purchase some L46 (USA, NY/NJ)

Hi, I use to be a L46 hobbyist back in 1997 and actually bred these guys in 1999(had 6 of them back then at $40-80 a pop) This was before the zebra craze and the ban on exportation from Brazil. Well I'm back in the hobby again and would be interested in purchasing some of them. I prefer to buy and p...
