Slate "Removable Top" - Zebra Pleco Cave Instruc

I have not been around for quite awhile, but recently had some requests for more caves from Israel and England. I am sorry, but I no longer make the caves due to time contraints. I do have a complete step by step instruction manual for making the caves for the removable top design. I am now offering...

Thanks glockfu - Made so many of these caves it is hard to count. If I remember correctly you were one of the last people to get some of my caves. You saw my highest quality stuff with refined production metods. I really thought after selling so many of these that other cave makers would step up the...

I am retired from cave making but I had to make three more of my removable top caves + I still have a three cave pleco bunker and an extra long 7.5 inch long zebra cave for sale. I made these new caves because somebody requested a detailed document on how I make the caves, so I needed step by step p...

The Rio Xingu and it's tributaries are more than 1,000 miles ( 1600 KM) from Peru border. I have not heard of any of these fish being any where near Peru in the wild

Wow - I got several offers already. (One of which, I would feel too guilty at taking). Thanks for the interest and I will postpone any decision for at least the next week. Everyone that has made an offer or expressed interest so far is not within driving distance from me. I am an experienced...

With right offer - I may sell my Colony locally near Seattle

I am thinking seriously about selling my colony of 5 zebra Plecos locally in Western Washington State USA just north of Seattle . Entire setup includes 40 gal long "river tank" and several custom slate caves that I hand made. I would prefer to sell to someone with a breeding population alr...

Plecoman - I really do not want to deal with the remaining few caves I have left. Sorry. You can't have an idea how much time I put into each of these things and I can not do them half way. The only thing that could get me to make more caves would be to make a deal for more males (L46) or a small co...

LyreTail, Could you please provide more information or a resource explaining the F1 filial generation tag? I'm interested in learning more. Thanks in advance. k Filial Generation is about keeping track of inbreeding and crosses when you are line breeding. The P1 or P generation = unrelated pair par...

The guy who owns aquabid also owns the website www.fishbookstore.com I believe. He is pretty busy guy running several websites. He did ban the guy that tried to scam me. The hardest thing to get in a bidding site is a name of honesty. Therefore it should be very hard for a new seller to sell expensi...

I'll try some Anubius. They are pretty much "bullet proof" but 86 deg F is really topping out most plants for long term health

A lot of us have choosen to seriously breed the fish and dedicate a large tank to just the zebra, so no fry predation occurs and the water stays cleaner. To get them to spawn many of us turn up the heat a lot so that makes other fish uncomfortable and plants die off. Therefore no "tank mate sec...
