Female??

I collected this fish yesterday. Please help me, and tell me if it's a female. It's 7,5 cm including tail.

I would say male, as the head shape is looks male and i see cheek odontodes

it looks like an underdeveloped femlae. but dont take my words for it

I would say 80-85% its a female!
