I don't know if this would be a good idea...

Would it be diluteing the forum if we separated the for sale section into regions... eg. Us, UK... then subdivided the uk into areas...

It may turn out to be too fussy or neat... on the positive side atleast we could see sales in our area.

Also as a spin off of this idea, what about a regional meetings section (could be trade, exhitions, or just some of us arranging local meets)?

I think the site is still to small to cope with segregating the sales and wants as yet. On average we only get about 1 post a day at the most in the sales and wants section. So it is easy to look through it, so long as people place location in their profile.

The ideas of regional meetings could also be good later down the line, but I think they may be quite thin on the ground at the moment.
